All treats are baked to order and vacuum-sealed or placed in airtight packaging. We use expedited shipping and insulated liners to ensure your items arrive as fresh as they left our kitchen.

What is your policy on returns and refunds?

Since our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or store credit.

Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date?

Absolutely. During the checkout process, you can select a preferred delivery date. We recommend choosing a date 1-2 days before your event to account for any carrier delays.

How should I store my baked goods once they arrive?

Most items can be kept at room temperature in an airtight container for 3-5 days. For longer storage, we recommend freezing them for up to 3 months; simply thaw at room temperature when ready to enjoy.

Do you provide catering for large events or weddings?
